How will Prontapay be working?

Company

Logs into their Prontapay platform and creates a smart legal invoice (SLI)™ and sets a payment date for any time and any amount. Terms are then added to the invoice and using smart legal code the invoice is embedded with the terms and held on the blockchain formulating part of the legal & irrevocable agreement. The invoice is then sent to the customer via email.

Customer

Customer receives an email with the smart legal invoice (SLI)™ attached they check the terms then choose what cryptocurrency they are paying the invoice in, and then once they have e-signed a binding smart legal invoice is created and payment will then be automatically debited from there Ether Wallet on the agreed date and sent to the company instantly on that date.

Methods Prontapay will be using to reduce late and defaulted invoices

  1. All smart legal invoices (SLI)™ will be set up to form a more legal and binding invoice that will hold proof of liability by storing smart contract code on the blockchain containing the agreement & date to pay. And once the customer has e-signed the invoice to accept liability and confirm the balance will be available in their Ether wallet on the agreed date. This will make a much more secure and efficient invoice ecosystem.
  2. Programmed into every Smart Legal InvoicemwiII be the order to send an email 24Hrs before payment is due to be debited along with an email 1 hour before payment is due. Giving customers a much-needed reminder and saving the company time and money on reminders.
  3. If the payment is called for by the smart contract and the balance is not available to process the SLran automatic email will be sent reminding customer payment is Due and the invoice will again be recalled every 24Hrs automatically for 7 days again saving the company time and money on administration costs. After the 7-day period, all outstanding invoices will be sent to the Prontapay internal collections department.
